bigfoot,lol bored guitar player

Is it possible that a reclusive man-like creature inhabits the remote areas of our planet? Why not ? Isn't it arrogant of us to assume we know of all the species on this huge planet ? Scientists will tell you that we don't. Only a few years ago, a unknown animal now named the Okapi was discovered. What about creatures we know of , but are thought to be extinct ? The coelacanth was thought to be extinct for 70 million years until they were discovered alive and well in 1938. So is it really that hard to believe that a hair covered, man-like creature could exist on the verge of discovery ? In many remote areas of the world there have been sightings of just such a creature. Known by many names such as Sasquatch, Yeti, Almas and many more. Is this an unknown primate, the "missing link" or some other yet unknown species ? There is evidence to support the existence of just such a creature in the Northwestern United States as well as other remote areas.
Researchers will visit the Upper Peninsula next month to search for evidence of the hairy manlike creature known as "Bigfoot" or "Sasquatch."
http://theshadowlands.net

The expedition will center in eastern Marquette County, following the most recent Bigfoot eyewitness account, said Matthew Moneymaker of the Bigfoot Field Researchers Organization.

"We'll be looking for evidence supporting a presence. ... We hope to meet local people who might have seen a Sasquatch or heard of someone else who had an encounter," Moneymaker told the Daily Press of Escanaba.

Most experts consider the Bigfoot legend to be a combination of folklore and hoaxes, but there are a number of authors and researchers who think the stories could be true.

Among all U.P. counties, Marquette County has logged the most reported Bigfoot sightings with four, Moneymaker said. Bigfoot encounters also have been reported in Ontonagon, Baraga, Dickinson, Luce and Schoolcraft counties.

In all but three of 30 expeditions in the United States and Canada, BFRO investigators have either glimpsed Bigfoot or gotten close enough to hear the creature, Moneymaker said.

Dr. Grover Krantz, a scientist specializing in cryptozoology, believes Bigfoot is a "gigantopithecus," a branch of primitive man believed to have existed 3 million years ago.

But mainstream scientists tend to dismiss the study as pseudoscience because of unreliable eyewitness accounts and a lack of solid physical evidence.

membership sites

For the last few years a small number of internet entrepreneurs have quietly been raking in millions of dollars with membership sites. These sites allow these highly intelligent people to make a sale and get paid each and every month from that one sale.

I mean really. Which would you rather do? Sell an ebook for $19.95 and pocket $19.95 or sell a membership in a site for $19.95 and make $19.95 each and every month for that same effort. Easy Question... Right?

The most interesting part about this business model is this. These entrepreneurs claim that it is actually easier to sell a monthly membership than it is to make a one time sale. And most of these
sites are pulling in $50,000 or more each and every month.

Another quick question. Which would you rather have? One time income or residual income? Another easy question, Right?

Look at it this way. Lets say you want to buy a new BMW. So you go down to your local BMW dealership and the salesman tells you that you can drive out for only $600 per month. So you pull out your calculator and do some quick math and discover that -

Because you have a membership sites that you are selling memberships to for $19.95 per month that you only need to sell about 30 memberships to drive off in your BMW.

30 X $19.95 = $598.50

Or maybe you want to buy a new house. So you go out and pick out your dream home. Problem is the mortgage is going to be $1800.00 per month. So you run an advertising campaign and sell 90 memberships to your site and now your monthly mortgage is paid for.

Is it really that easy?

Believe it or not yes. It truly is. In fact membership sites can be and have been built around conceivably any type of information.

So what is the downside to this type of business? The only downside, if you can even call it that, is that developing your own site takes a little bit of time and some creativity.
when your ready to give it a try let me know im working towards finding business partners for this venture!-jim

This is one business model you need to truly consider.

Added few things,ads on blogs

ive added some interesting things to the blog hope you enjoy the interactivity,i plan i adding alot more so please check back often thank you!
As you know some of the best ways to get traffic to your site is through the search engines. And as you know search engines love blogs.

If you know how to use blogs you can easily get more traffic to your website just by posting your keywords in the title and having your blogs indexed.

Other ways to get traffic to your site is to use popular free traffic exchanges. They come in many forms such as start (homepage) exchanges, safelists (opt in email ads), toolbar ads such as instantbuzz.com and forums such as the free advertising forum.

If you are looking to kill 2 birds with one stone, you can advertise for free on a new BLOG that actually allows you to place your ads for free on their site.

The reason this is good because you get all the benefits of placing your ads on a BLOG and you all get to advertise for free.

Most people would look at this as a no brainer. Although most webmaster do not like people to advertise on the blogs, this site was made just for that.

It is free to join and thousands are flocking to this service to drive huge traffic to their sites in ju8st days by simply posting one little ad on their home page.

Anyone looking to increase their profits should look in to

adsense into your site

today we are going to deal with the
process of implementing AdSense into your site.

Of course, you first of all need to get accepted into
the AdSense program.

Assuming your site has made the grade, you will get an
email from Google with the title Welcome to AdSense.

This will include a link to a page on Google where you
enter your username and password.

Make your password non-obvious because when
you log on to your account, you say where the
money goes and you don't want someone else
redirecting it do you?

Included in your AdSense control panel is a form where
you specify what shape of ads you want to display and
when you make your selection, some JavaScript code
appears in a box below. All you need to do is cut
and paste this code into your site.

But there are some decisions you need to make first.

There are three steps.

1. Decide which pages you want to place AdSense ads on.

2. Decide what format ads you want on each page.

3. Paste the code in the site

***********************
Where to place your ads
***********************

Do you want AdSense ads on your home page?

This depends on what your site is about. Remember,
unless you are writing a site specifically to get
AdSense revenues, the main aim of your site is not
going to be getting clicks that TAKE PEOPLE AWAY from
your pages!

The best place to put ads is on content-rich pages
that you already have but which are not producing
any revenues for you already.

***************
AdSense formats
***************

Google offers lots of formats for your ads. We can't show
them in this email but you can find out more about them at
http://www.factsaboutadsense.com/adsenseformattingguide.htm

You should pick the one that fits in best with your
existing page structure unless during the review
process you decide to undertake a major re-vamp!

Google allows multiple formats across your site but
until recently only allowed you to place one block of ads
on each page. This has now increased to 3 blocks on the
same page.

*************
Color schemes
*************

Google lets you specify what colors the ads will appear
in and there are two schools of thought about what is
best.

You can design ads so that they fit well with your
existing web design.

Or you can make the ads stand out strongly by
choosing a marketedly different color palette.

You can now get sufficiently
high resolution statistics from Google to find out
which ads work best on your site.

I cover this in detail in my book
The Definitive Guide to Google AdSense.

************
Pasting code
************

This is either easy for you or difficult! If you
routinely look at the HTML in your web pages, the
process is straightforward: just locate where in the
page you want the ads to go and paste the code in.

If HTML is a foreign language you'll need some help
to begin with.

Practically, the best way forward is to experiment a
bit. Put the code in, have a look at the page (and
Google will immediately start posting ads on the page
although they may not be context-targeted to begin
with - more on this later.) If you like what you
see, stick with it. If not, move it around, use a
different format (go back to your AdSense control
panel) and do it again.

*****************
What happens next
*****************

As soon as your new page is viewed (even if you
preview it in FrontPage), Google gets alerted to
its existence and sends out some ads.

Now if Google doesn't know anything about the page
you will see so-called Public Service ads which are
about charities and so on.

However, in around 15 minutes (it's that fast)
you will start to see ads that are context-targeted.
They will be more relevant to your page.

But this will only happen if Google can work out what
your page is about, so check that the copy makes it
clear and that the page title, headings and meta tags
are consistent and valid.

*******************
Rejected by Google?
*******************

If you can't get into the AdSense program, don't
despair! There are things you can probably do to
improve your chances and you can re-submit your site.

Look carefully at the criteria for acceptance again on
Google own site.

Make sure you have relatively clean content, with lots
of text (Google can't "read" the content of a picture
and it doesn't deal well with Flash animations) and focus your
copy on the theme of the web page.

You will also need to ensure that your site is big
enough so that it isn't regarded as too trivial.

Some people say you should go for at least 20 pages
but in our experience you don't need that much - you
just need good content.
